We are Isabelle and Marc, and we have a rather ambitious plan to breathe new life into this grand building by purchasing it in June 2026.

This project is particularly close to our hearts because Marc is a descendant of Thierry Koechlin, one of the site’s first occupants, who was a textile designer at the Wesserling factory at the time

We were captivated by this house and hope to pass on a little of its illustrious past to our own children, Théotime and Cléophée, as well as to future generations.

We look forward to welcoming you to share not only this history with you, but also all our Alsatian traditions.
